In my personal opinion, an Interview is:
A form of oral communication.
Face to face or group to group Interaction.
A planned and structured form of Interaction.
The things which you must learn before going for an interview is to be confident. First of all, I would like to suggest all of you to vanish away all of your tensions and worries, and have a good night sleep before going for an Interview early in the morning. Make your documents ready and carry your Resume copy with you in a folder. Wake up early and reach the destination place 15 minutes earlier in order to make a good impression on your Interviewer.
During Interview:
Following are the tips, which will help you after entering your I Interview room:
First knock the door and asked permission to enter the room
Start It off winner offer your hand and give firm shake.
Give a pleasant smile.
Be confident and show positive attitude towards the boss.
Introduce your self.
Be comfortable.
Face the interviewer confidently.
Listen effectively.
Have a good eye contact.
Speak clearly.
Sit straight.
Use good grammar.
Always clarify, don't say yes or no.
Never complain about your past employees.
Do not argue on any matter.
Listen their questions carefully and give your answer after thinking it properly.
After Interview:
When your interview will be finished
Just Say thanks.
Ask about the next step in the process.
Call them if not heard within time frame.
Write a thank-you letter to anyone you have spoken to.
